How We Started
Back in 2019, we were working for different big firms. Same story everywhere — clients getting cookie-cutter solutions that barely scratched the surface of what was possible.
Marina was handling compliance for multinational corporations, watching millions slip through regulatory gaps. I was developing strategies that worked great on paper but fell apart in real-world implementation.
So we left. Started this thing in my apartment with one simple rule: every strategy has to work for the client's actual situation, not some textbook scenario.
